This is to prepare supervisors for the upcoming Block 1 - Large-Scale Active Shooter Scenarios.

The goal of these tabletops are as follows:

For supervisors to understand and work through the role of "outside command" during an active attack scenario.
For supervisors to practice making on-scene decisions in "real time."
For supervisors to practice working through the overarching process of "Stop the Killing, Stop the Dying, Evacuate the Wounded."
