DESCRIPTION

Female Enforcers is a powerful seminar that will motivate and inspire women of every rank and file to join in and share their collective experience while discovering effective solutions to the real issues they face on the job. Our program focuses on the value of pre-incident preparedness by examining real stories, case studies, body/dash cam videos and statistical research focused on Use of Force incidents involving female officers. We offer a realistic look at what it is to survive a high risk encounter and survive in the aftermath. This Female Enforcers program will identify tactics designed specifically for the female officer to gain a tactical advantage, as well as offering tips on the adjustments you can make to invest in yourself, your equipment and your training. Recent scientific data proves that as a profession, we're failing to successfully manage the stressors that negatively impact both our personal and professional lives. This class will speak directly to those issues and offer proven solutions to manage our overall work-life balance.
