What You Will Gain From This Training:
Increased knowledge of drug related DWIs, their prevalence, and how to effectively investigate them.
Increased knowledge of drug DWI case law. The prosecutor’s perspective regarding admissible evidence including working knowledge of the Texas Rules of Evidence and how they affect your investigation and courtroom testimony.
Specialized training from a certified DRE on the specifics of drug intoxicants and what to look for when investigating the drugged driver.
