DESCRIPTION

Designed for any Texas law enforcement personnel interested in increasing their general knowledge of auto theft and auto burglary interdiction, including:

  • current criminal trends and trafficking patterns in commercial vehicle theft
  • stolen vehicle movement indicators and detection methods
  • commercial vehicle contraband concealment techniques
  • commercial vehicle rapid assessment, identification, and search techniques

Information updates will also be provided regarding resources available to law enforcement agencies through the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) and the Texas Auto Burglary and Theft Prevention Authority (ABTPA).
