DESCRIPTION

This course focuses on interview techniques, deception, the basics of statement analysis. It also strives to give seasoned personnel some refresher training and balance between advanced strategies, the basics and bad habits developed over time during our career.

Content includes:

  • Analyzing statements during discussions or interviews
  • Integrating silence and advanced skills
  • Formalizing the "baseline" and the dynamics of authority
  • Facts to focus on to discover the truth
  • Questions to ask to get to the truth
  • Verbal and non-verbal cues that people are lying
  • Communication structure of the liar
  • Body language of deceptive people
