Third Quarter In-Service DT
Will review ground control/takedown techniques from previous classes, as well as adding newer takedowns from the clinch.

Dress in comfortable PT gear (no jeans), BDU/Tactical Pants. Shorts are acceptable but no recommended. T-shirts are acceptable and long sleeve is recommended.
Footwear - only mat/wrestling shoes allowed on the mats. No shoes that have been worn off the mat. Can also go barefoot or just wear socks.
