Dress in comfortable PT gear (no jeans), BDU/Tactical Pants. Shorts are acceptable but no recommended. T-shirts are acceptable and long sleeve is recommended.
Footwear - only mat/wrestling shoes allowed on the mats. No shoes that have been worn off the mat. Can also go barefoot or just wear socks.
ROW ASSESSMENT: We will be doing a 4-minute row in this class. It is just an assessment for us to get a baseline for the department.
