DESCRIPTION
Hosted by the Denton County District Attorney’s Office - Victim Services Division in collaboration with the Denton Police Department
Training Objectives:
Increased knowledge of the important role law enforcement and criminal justice professionals play at key stages of the criminal justice system.
Increased knowledge and awareness of the statutory responsibilities of the various criminal justice entities with regards to family violence.
Working knowledge of Texas Rules of Evidence in regards to courtroom testimony.
