DESCRIPTION

This course is an overview of the Radical Antigovernment Movement that includes Sovereign Citizens, Domestic Hate Groups, and the Rise of Lone Wolves. Upon completion for the course, the learner will have a

  1. working knowledge of the recent history of America's radical antigovernment movement and a basic recognition of the current resurgence of the sovereign citizen movement and the potential threat it poses to law enforcement.
  2. working knowledge of the major domestic hate/extremist groups currently active in the United States and the participants' area of operations
  3. recognition of hate-based lone wolf killers, descriptions and identifiers of lone wolves and "Leaderless Resistance" or Phantom cells
